Welcome To Colin's Corner

My name is Colin Allyn and I have a 25 year old son. He was diagnosed at an early age with Asperger's Syndrome which is a form of Autism. Being a parent of a child with a developmental disability I realized quickly that I would have to advocate for my son to get him the services he needed.I created Our House in an effort to create more social opportunities for my son and others like him. I strongly believe that they need that chance to be themselves, free of any physical, verbal, or emotional assault. We try to foster independent thinking along with self respect,self confidence and self reliance. Below are videos of others who are true inspirations. Enjoy!
